Place the unwashed and unworn jeans with all original tags attached into a secure shipping satchel or the original packaging.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
